Angela Paylor is the owner and Broker-in-Charge of Loyalty First Realty, a Fayetteville-based brokerage built on a simple idea: loyalty to the client comes first. Over more than fifteen years in real estate, Angela has watched plenty of clients get passed around: an agent to sign the paperwork, a coordinator who never calls back, a management company that treats a family's home like a line item. She built Loyalty First Realty to be the opposite of that. When you hire this firm, the person you talked to is the person doing the work.

Today the firm does three things under one roof — sales, leasing, and property management — for buyers, sellers, investors, and more than thirty owners across Fayetteville, Fort Liberty, Hope Mills, Spring Lake, Raeford, and the Raleigh–Durham Triangle. A lot of that work is with military families, where timelines are short, the stakes are high, and someone has to be organized enough to make a remote closing feel calm.
